The questions on gastric acid were all kind mind you, but not surprisingly, one thing I could imagine the most important issue: low stomach acid.

However, in this newsletter we will cover all aspects:

Before we even talk about stomach acid, we need to spend a little time talking about how it fits into the digestive system. Take it easy on strength exercises
