Take it easy on strength exercises

Exercises are done with weightsDefine your muscles. And that's good, but only up to a certain degree for the goals we have in mind. You can overdo it with strength exercises, and then you'll soon be so like a guy.

An exercise that I do is represent the vacuum. Not only does this practice improve the curves of the hips to the waist, but you lose inches from your belly. This exercise is also very simple.
